Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for products due to change of mind. However, though our products undergo through several quality checks, in the rare event that you receive a faulty product or an item that does not match your order, an exchange or refund will be provided.
If either occurs, please email us at email@example.com with the subject line: Return and #OrderNumber no later than 7 days of receiving your order. Please send a photo of the item and the reason for return. Please allow 1-3 working days for us to process your request.
NOTE: Returns must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, encased in their original packaging and returned within 30 days from the date of receiving your parcel.
